Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
NDEC-L is especially grateful for the long-term support of our ESOL programming by Adult and Community Learning Services (ACLS) at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).  The mission of ACLS is
"To provide each and every adult with opportunities to develop literacy skills needed to qualify for further education, job training, and better employment, and to reach his/her full potential as a family member, productive worker, and citizen."  Learn more about ACLS/DESE here.

Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, East-West MinistryThe focus of the Notre Dame mission has always been education. In fidelity to St. Julie Billiart's vision, Sisters give particular attention to the needs of those living in poverty throughout the world, serving and educating on their behalf. Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur work in a variety of capacities and settings, always with the goal of making known God's goodness. You'll find them ministering in schools, in churches, in jails, in hospitals and soup kitchens. You find them teaching children, helping adults learn English, leading liturgies and praying. We are grateful to the Sisters who founded NDEC and who continue to support our work as teachers, mentors, managers and with funding.  You can learn more about the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur at snddeneast.org/
